With high precision, lower energy consumption, stable performance, and long service life, the TYR108N is ideal for small and medium-scaled electronic factories and scientific research and production. Temperature and reflow are controlled by an automatic temperature control system using an internal microprocessor, implemented with a non-contact SSR output and excellent temperature-sensing materials. Using a user-friendly external RS232 interface (implemented with a Chinese-English bilingual operating system), users can select and input specific settings and material parameters to accurately adjust temperature curve to aid the soldering process using any. Along with being able to set up to 8 pieces of the temperature curve, 4 default curves (leaded, lead-free, cure 1, and cure 2) are already implemented and ready for selection. Cure 1 keeps the temperature at 150°C for 90 seconds, while cure 2 does so for 5 minutes.
